Since 2003 the company DrillTec GUT GmbH Großbohr- und Umwelttechnik, a subsidiary of the STREICHER Group of Companies, has been working in the deep drilling sector.

With a highly qualified team and world-wide experience DrillTec operates its own drilling rigs. Wells up to a depth of 5,000 m are drilled professionally for well-know clients of the oil and gas as well as geothermic industry.

On the basis of a sophisticated and modular concept the rigs can be handled in an easy way:

  • variable layout of the rig
  • simple erection and disassembly of the rig for cluster drillings via skidding
  • variable inclination angle of the tower
  • multifunctional use of the hydraulic system

The drilling rigs, whose safety system complies with the requirements according to IEC 61508, have been designed and erected in close coordination with our drilling technology department and are permanently advanced.
