MAX STREICHER: Principles

Safety, Health, Environment and Quality are central corporate aspects inside the STREICHER Group. To achieve these objectives, we have implemented a company-wide Integrated Management System (IMS), which covers all aspects and policies of the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality management. Our commitment is emphasised by the certifications according to SCC**:2006, BS OHSAS ISO 18001:2007, DIN EN ISO 14001:2004 as well as DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. Additionally, the STREICHER Group is an active participant in the "Umweltpakt Bayern", which is a voluntary agreement between Bavarian businesses and the Bavarian state government for the protection of the environment.

The following principles are essential to the STREICHER Group:

prevention of incidents, especially injuries to employees, property damage and environmental impacts
ensuring the safety of all employees and third parties
monitoring compliance to regulations, both legal and industrial, as well as customer requirements
continuous improvement of the HSE-Q management system
processing of high-quality raw and construction materials in close cooperation with selected partners and specialists
delivery of works using clearly defined workflows, controlled processes, working procedures and organisational structures that are periodically validated
continuing education and professional training of employees, including the use of high-tech plant and equipment, to assure the development and motivation of the workforce
