By interaction of all involved divisions, VTA has manufactured the world’s biggest short path evaporators with 50 m2 and wiped film evaporators with 80 m2 heating surface.

Aside from delivery of systems and components for wiped film and short path distillation, VTA offers a full range of capabilities for feasibility studies, process development, laboratory evaluations and pilot testing. All testing is performed in our own laboratory and pilot plant systems. Based on these trials, VTA assumes design responsibility and guarantees the capacity and quality of products processed in its units.

STREICHER Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG, an associated company of VTA, is fabricating the apparatus and machines for VTA.  Due to the close proximity of process development, process design and fabrication, VTA can accommodate customer requests during the fabrication phase.
