Consequently STREICHER is also located in the new German states.

After the death of Max Gallinger the GALLINGER-MAX-foundation, which was
introduced by him, becomes the main liable partner of MAX STREICHER KG.

Conversion of the MAX STREICHER KG into a limited partnership on shares with
MAX STREICHER Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG as legally liable partner.
