Gas processing plant for the new gas storage near Bordolano, Italy

Actually two years were planned for the gas processing plant near Bordolano, but the client Stogit reduced the time to one year. Therefore, the staff of MAX STREICHER S.p.A. had only 12 months for the construction of the gas processing and gas treatment station as well as for the laying of all pipelines. In October last year, MAX STREICHER S.p.A. completed the main plants for the feed-in, the gas supply from the wells and the connection to the network of Snam Rete Gas.

Currently, the plant is being tested and verified by the governmental agencies (UNMIG). Works such as noise barriers, parking and cladding of facades are in progress. In total the construction area covers about 90,000 square meters.

The gas processing plant near Bordolano complies with the latest state-of-the-art technology. Characteristic for the plant, which is completely integrated into the gas transportation network of Snam Rete Gas and remotely controlled from the operations center Stogit in Crema, is the high operating pressure of up to 295 bar.
