STREICHER supports the inventor group "Youth creative" of the school Maristengymnasium in Fürstenzell near Passau, Germany with EUR 2,500. The handover of the cheque took place on 10th June 2015.
In 1982 the Maristengymnasium was the first school worldwide which introduced the subject "invention". Currently, 15 pupils from all grades attend the subject, which is hold once a week in a double lesson. Since the introduction there have been numerous participations in competitions, such as „Jugend forscht“; more than 250 inventions of the group have already been awarded. The project "Youth creative" relies on the support of companies from the region.
