The division of electrical engineering and automation technology supports a multitude of internal and external projects in various project phases (from the technical concept, design and implementation to the commissioning and subsequent support). They contribute with their profound and long know-how to product development in several STREICHER subsidiaries e.g. drilling technology, in amusement rides and milling machine construction as well as in plant construction. Their knowledge and experience in electrical engineering and automation technology have been the key to acquire new customers, well-known companies - in particular from the field of special machine construction.

STREICHER electrical engineering and automation technology offers innovative solutions including topics like IT security concepts and the interaction between man / machine / robot / IT.
Due to close cooperations with research institutes, universities and industry partners it was possible to deepen the know-how in many different areas. Around 100 employees, consisting of experienced engineers, technicians, foremen and assistants, are currently developing systems for the global market on the basis of numerous certifications and approvals.

The B&R Qualified Partner Program is a network of system integrators and engineering offices with many years of experience in using B&R technology. The objective of the program is the successful realisation of end user projects and the development of a long-term partnership cooperation. The partners receive special training and undergo an annual recertification in order to implement customer projects with the highest level of expertise in consulting, planning and project development.
