Expansion and Investment in the Future

The STREICHER Group is investing in modern and future-proof sites

At the Linden site, the STREICHER Group’s oldest branch has undergone extensive modernisation in recent years. Outdated buildings dating from the 1970s have been replaced by new structures. As a result, Linden remains a central hub for earthworks, civil engineering and road construction projects in the Rottal-Inn region – including a gravel crushing plant and an asphalt mixing plant.

VTA Verfahrenstechnische Anlagen GmbH & Co. KG is also expanding its capacity: in Niederwinkling, 85 new office workstations, additional meeting rooms and modern staff facilities have been created. This has been made possible by a 26-metre-long extension and the addition of a third floor.

Another milestone is the ground-breaking ceremony for the new site of LIPP Mischtechnik GmbH in Mannheim-Schönau. An innovation centre meeting the KfW55 standard is being built on a 4,800 m² site – a clear sign of energy efficiency and modern process engineering.

These projects illustrate the group’s strategic direction: investments in modernisation and sustainable technologies ensure long-term competitiveness and innovative strength.
