This project, featuring state-of-the-art process technology, illustrates LIPP's commitment to innovative technology and bespoke solutions in the food industry.
The state-of-the-art plant is designed to produce up to 4.5 tonnes of chocolate pre-product per hour in a continuous process. This means that, in 20 hours of operation, the plant produces as much chocolate as approximately 100,000 people consume in a year.
