The modular S-CUBE TVAC vacuum chamber system replicates the extraordinary conditions of space – including vacuum and extreme temperatures – in a controlled environment, enabling the provision of tailor-made test environments for satellite components and materials.
Only through preliminary experiments it can be determined whether these materials and components, which are to be used in space, can withstand the extreme conditions there. That is why the S-CUBE TVAC has a powerful vacuum pump and a sophisticated temperature control system.
The TVAC (Thermal Vacuum Chamber) system has made the Czech STREICHER subsidiary a sought-after partner for the European Space Agency (ESA) and for many other customers in Europe and the USA who are active in the space industry. This year, they also became a member of the Czech Space Alliance, a network of over twenty companies with proven expertise in the space sector.
