After 28 years, the family Lipp transfers all business shares to MAX STREICHER GmbH & Co. KG aA. Within different projects, both companies have already worked together successfully for many years.
The company develops and distributes customer-specific machines and plants for manufacturing primary products for the food industry – particularly for chocolate. Moreover, the scope of service includes mixing reactors and dryers for the chemical industry or mixing machines for building materials.
Currently, the company has eleven employees. In the future, LIPP will be run by the present managing director Michael Langer together with Franz Maier, managing director of STREICHER Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG. STREICHER is going to continue all existing contracts unaffectedly.
Due to the integration into the company group STREICHER, LIPP Mischtechnik GmbH will focus more on the sector of mechanical engineering. Therefore, the company will be able to carry out more complex projects in future.
