STREICHER wins this year’s IPLOCA New Technologies Award and the IPLOCA Health & Safety Award (Runners-Up)

Focus of the award is the fully electric horizontal directional drilling rig HDD80-E

Within the Novel Construction Sessions in Athens at 27th/28th October the IPLOCA comitee announced the winner of this year’s IPLOCA New Technologies Award 2021 and the IPLOCA Health & Safety Award 2021. The inhouse developed fully electric horizontal directional drilling rig HDD80-E of STREICHER convinced the jury because of its excellent sustainability, efficiency and the intuitive operating concept. Regarding the sector Health & Safety the positive effects on the working environment (better safety and enormous noise reduction) due to the fully electric drive were paramount.
In 2022 these prizes will be officially awarded within the IPLOCA Annual Convention in Prague/Czech Republic. Sponsors are BP (New Technologies Award) and TC Energy (Health & Safety Award).
